Noran Al Mekhlafi


Noran Al Mekhlafi is an Associate in the DIFC & Arbitration Department and plays a vital role in HAS legal team. She holds an LLB in Law graduating from Dar Al Hekma University in Saudi Arabia, a Masters in Law (LLM) in Arbitration & ADR from the University of Dubai, and a qualifying Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP Law School in London. She is taking the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in London to qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Noran has high level litigation skills and has worked on several large cases in both the DIFC Courts, and in DIAC and DIFC Arbitrations, drafting complex pleadings and witness statements. She is fluent in English and Arabic and is at ease in both common law and civil law systems. Noran was quoted as “demonstrating advanced analytical skills and high emotional intelligence”.
