Mohamed Nour is a Sudanese-Canadian national and joined the HAS team as an Associate Lawyer with the Corporate department. Mohamed’s legal background stems from his discovering his passion for the law whilst attaining his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Development at the University of Windsor in Canada. He subsequently received his law degree from the University of Exeter in Devon, England and his Master of Laws degree in International Legal Practice with a focus on Intellectual Property from the University of Law in Bristol, England.
Mohamed’s broad international experience has helped him in advising on cross border transactions and has successfully dealt with disputes in both Arabic and English with an in-depth understanding of international legal frameworks. His experience also includes drafting Company Secretarial documents to Mergers and Acquisitions Agreements and Cross Border Commercial Contracts for a variety of industries ranging from Tourism, Food & Beverage and Construction. He also has extensive experience in advising on Corporate Formation and Restructuring Matters for Onshore and Offshore Entities within the United Arab Emirates.
